Stop Eating Red Tilapia Immediately? Experts Say The Real Danger May Not Be The Fish Itself

A 27-year-old office worker was left stunned after discovering that the digestive habits he believed were signs of a “healthy body” were actually warning symptoms of stage 3 colon cancer.
According to reports from China, the young man, identified as Xiaofei from Hunan Province, had always been known among friends as someone who could “eat anything without gaining weight” while maintaining frequent daily bowel movements.

He often used the bathroom two to three times a day and believed his digestive system was functioning extremely well.
However, over the past two months, his bowel habits began changing noticeably.
After meals, he would suddenly feel severe abdominal discomfort and urgently need to use the restroom almost immediately. Because he still considered this “good digestion,” he ignored the symptoms at first.
The situation became more alarming when he noticed:
Within just one month, he reportedly lost nearly 10 kilograms despite no major changes to his diet or lifestyle.
When he finally visited the hospital, doctors diagnosed him with stage 3 colon cancer. The tumor was located in the sigmoid colon and had already spread to nearby lymph nodes.
Doctors involved in the case said he was among the youngest advanced-stage colon cancer patients they had treated recently.
Medical specialists explained that many people mistakenly believe:

Stools becoming:
may suggest narrowing inside the colon caused by abnormal growths or tumors.
Doctors say people should not ignore:
Health experts warn that colorectal cancer is no longer considered a disease affecting only older adults.
Cases among younger people have increased globally in recent years, possibly linked to:
Unfortunately, younger patients often ignore symptoms longer because they assume they are “too young” to have serious disease.
Specialists explain that colon cancer detected early often has significantly higher survival rates.
But once cancer spreads to lymph nodes or distant organs, treatment becomes far more difficult.
Doctors advise seeking medical attention immediately if symptoms such as:
continue for more than a few weeks.
Experts say many serious diseases first reveal themselves through subtle changes in the bathroom.
And sometimes, the symptoms people proudly describe as:
“good digestion” or “fast metabolism”
may actually be the body quietly asking for help.
